Online surveys

We design and run online surveys with closed-ended questions to measure attitudes, habits and opinions across large samples. We recruit participants through targeted social media ads and validate every response before analysis.

01What it is

An online survey is a structured questionnaire that each participant completes on their phone or computer. Questions are mostly closed-ended (single choice, multiple choice, rating scales), which makes it possible to estimate proportions, compare groups and track indicators over time.

Afiches does not rely on a fixed respondent panel. For each study we invite new people through Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp ads targeted at the defined audience, and we control the sample composition with quotas by gender, age, region and education, among other variables. At the end, the dataset is weighted to represent the study universe.

02When to use it

  • Measuring brand awareness, perception or purchase intent.
  • Mapping consumer habits and product or service usage.
  • Public opinion polling and voting intention.
  • Regular tracking of indicators (monthly or quarterly).
  • Sizing a market or segment before qualitative research.

03How we work

  1. Objective and audienceWe agree on what needs to be measured, for which universe and with what level of precision.
  2. Questionnaire and sample designWe draft the questionnaire, set the sample size and quotas, and test the instrument before fieldwork.
  3. Recruitment and fieldworkWe run ads shown only to the study audience and monitor quota progress in real time.
  4. Quality controlWe discard duplicate, speeding, straight-lined or inconsistent responses.
  5. Weighting and analysisWe weight the dataset, produce tables and cross-tabs, and write the report.

04What we deliver

  • Weighted dataset (SPSS, Excel or CSV).
  • Result tables with breakdowns by profile.
  • Report with key findings and recommendations.
  • Interactive dashboard with filters, when the study requires it.

05Questions

What sample size do I need?

It depends on the precision you need and the subgroups you want to compare. As a reference, a sample of 1,000 respondents has a margin of error of about ±3.1% at a 95% confidence level. We define it together at the start.

Which countries can you survey online?

Any country in the Americas. Social media recruitment lets us work across the region with the same methodology.

Can open-ended questions be added?

Yes. If the study needs to understand the reasons behind the numbers, an AI interview module can be added to the same survey.

Tell us what you want to measure and we’ll put together a proposal.
